This project delivers a contemporary three-storey residential apartment building in the heart of Windsor.

13-15 The Esplanade, Geelong, Bayside Geelong Hotel & Apartments Extension
A major expansion of the iconic Bayside Hotel in Geelong, this project involves the delivery of a multi-level extension comprising a full basement, ground floor, first floor, and second floor over an investment of $40+ million AUD.
Our team provided comprehensive structural engineering design, civil works design, and continued technical support throughout the development cycle.
Key deliverables included deep-excavation foundation design, multi-level load-bearing systems, and integration of the new structure with the existing hotel footprint while maintaining architectural continuity and construction efficiency.
1805 – 1825 Sydney Rd, Campbellfield, Industrial & Retail Development
A mixed-use industrial and commercial development comprising three warehouses each with their own dedicated first-floor office space, along with four ground-floor retail tenancies fronting Sydney Road.
